WARNING

•Do not use grease or lubricant on the nuts and bolts, their use may cause them to come loose with the vi vehicle arm.

•Never use a screw or nut with a conical seat in a hole with a spherical seat or vice versa. The two are not compatible, and an eventual inversion will make it impossible to correctly balance the wheel-tire set, and may even lead to loss of torque and cause a serious accident.

•Check the screws and nuts after 40km of driving, tightening them again if necessary, as specified.

Before assembling the wheel, some items must be checked, follow the instructions below for an assembly. correct:

• Check that the type of bolt or nut is correct (see nuts and bolts)

• Clean and inspect nut and bolt threads before assembly. The threads must be free from corrosion or burrs. Never use lubricants. In case of corrosion or frayed threads, replace the bolt or nut immediately.

• Inspect the vehicle's wheel hub and pans, make sure they are clean, free of rust, paint, beard or any other debris that may prevent the perfect union between the surfaces. If necessary, use a wire brush or fine sandpaper to remove rust or other debris.
